Vests are an important part of safety too! Vests should fit snugly around the torso; extend from your collarbone to the bottom of your ribcage, and to the end of your tailbone. Air vests should only be worn over a traditional foam vest. #RUESC #Rutgers #NJESW #MindYourMelon
